Introducing me to other artists, not just me but many people that watch this podcast to new artists aside from what they usually see on Newgrounds. I am a big fan of this, for these reasons: I love creepy things, thick line art and gloomy desaturated color palettes. Annnnd this one has a detailed background! I an art nerd and it’s starting to show the longer I am on this site lol. I see the direction you want to head and you are on the right path to it too. (Hopefully I am not misunderstanding) I believe you want that creepy vibe while maintaining the cartoon qualities. You don’t see many like that, usually it semi realism or realism in regards to creepy (especially anime) or maybe I am just not seeing enough art. Seriously keep this up. I know the art is sorta old based of your description but that doesn’t stop it from being good.

I love this style of art when I see it. I don’t know I how to explain. It must be the color palette combined with the thick lines and block in style cell shading. The color palette is just this perfect mix of being desaturated and yet saturated enough to not feel too dark and gloomy or too earthy. As if you laid a gray over the initial color scheme to tone things down and bring everything together to create pure eye candy.

Or maybe that’s just my love of purple showing. >makes that red pop though bringing my eyes from her dress straight to eyes. Alright that’s enough I feel as if I am writing a book right lol
